Pros

Everyone is usually nice and work well together, pay plus commission is good

Cons

Store manager sucks the life out of every interaction and lowers morale, fights with Salesman when they shouldn't be helping customers and not helping associates when needed, T-life is the way but then you can't make in depth sales anymore
