Pros

get commission, not too hard of a job, get shouted out and get points that can be put towards real money prizes.

Cons

they are starting to get people in trouble for not using t-mobile's new online systems on the customers' phones. it has a ll kinds of problems, but when your % gets below a certain level, you can get written up. It isnt your fault though so thats a little frustrating. deal with a lot of crazies,

Pros

Must meet quotas. Working in a rural area they are a lot more lenient, but busier stores = higher expectations. Which also means more money

Cons

Troubleshooting. There can be times where you’re helping a customer with their phone rather than getting commission from making actual sales.
