Pros

Nice benefits and pay, amazing teams

Cons

The worst systems I’ve ever worked with in my entire life, retail support line is trash, no real advancement opportunities. The systems alone are the reason why I decided to leave.

Pros

There are a few people who care about the company and culture.

Cons

Upper management hire from outside instead of promoting within. They promote only if you are a suck up or part of the click. Favoritism. Bullying. Harassment in the workplace. Unethical behavior. Colluding with vendors for kick backs. Lazy tenure employees. Upper management doesn't care about improving processes or operational efficiencies if it wasn't their idea. If you are not liked by the reporting manager they will bad mouth you to upper management and run you out. They put employees on Performance Improvement Programs to create fear in the employee and have more control over the employee. If you go to HR for help, they do not follow up. They do not care. They are there for the company not the employees. Calling the ethics hotline is also pointless. nothing gets resolved. Defamation of character when the employee leaves the company.
