Pros

- The compensation is amazing, especially for part-time. - Great benefits: 401K, tuition reimbursement, PTO, health insurance. - Work-life balance is easy to maintain.

Cons

- Sales goals can be stressful, and unrealistic at times. - Management can create a hostile work environment if goals are not being met. - Not as much room for growth as expected.

Pros

Senior leadership and company direction are fantastic. The company is growing like gangbusters and so far seems nowhere near stopping. (It shouldn't, keep growing!) The benefits package is great, I haven't worked here a year yet and already have enough banked PTO that I was able to go on vacation already. I feel like my direct manager has my back, and my co-workers are amazing, everyday I'm coming to work with a great set of people and I feel like I'm changing the customer experience for our customers for the better!

Cons

Parking is a hilarious challenge as someone who doesn't work 9-5. Corporate real estate is trying, and while the new initiatives will probably help a lot of people, it doesn't help my situation, but here's hoping issues will improve. Initially my salary was a step up from where I came, but it's very expensive to live near HQ (in an attempt to have a work/life balance due to the hellacious commutes in the Puget Sound area) and the decision to move compensation changes to next February was disheartening, seeing the average salaries on here for my job in other local companies is also disheartening as well. I bleed magenta, but I need to pay my bills, and the stock grants are nice and really appreciated, but they won't help me make rent next month!
