      Pros

      The pay can be fantastic... IF you are able to excel. I know I have had an incredible year. Thanks to T-Mobile my family has been able to thrive and grow during this recession. We are buying a house!! Everyone from the senior management to fellow reps gives positive feedback and advice whenever needed.

      Cons

      The job is rough... but that's call center work for you. It's the nature of the beast. Knowing that it is allowing me to pay for my education AND a new home helps me weather the harder calls.

      Pros

      Pay and commission are good. Hrs per wk are good even for part-time New stores opening Advancement opp. Lots of advertising to draw traffic

      Cons

      I haven't had any issues so far with this company. If I had to pick something it would be I want our coverage to expand to more of the US. Its a work in progress.

      Pros

      T-Mobile USA is a decent company for a college student to work for, they have great benefits and the pay is decent.

      Cons

      At the bottom of the wireless industry, company is really ran by a German company (DT), they only hire part-time reps now to fill positions. Company is in need of a boost, either a shake up of upper management or a merger with Sprint Nextel.
