Pros

-6 weeks vacation. -Employee phone program. -Great product. -Competitive plans.

Cons

-Micromanagement. -24/7 On Call. -Stress. -Management keeps changing mind. -Always coming up with ways to change, even if you are number 1, which tends to hurt.

Pros

You will be regularly challenged to inovate and own your business. Upper management appropriatly challenges employees resulting in developement and teamwork. If you are pro-active and a good comminucator, you will succeed.

Cons

It is retail, so be prepared to work three saturdays and one sunday a month. Very rigid dresscode that has managers dress the same as sales associates.
