Pros

Values and work enviroment are great

Cons

tight albor budgets to work with Inconsistent commission goals from one store to another. (Usually From Market to Market) Meaning it could be harder to make commission from one store to the next simply based on how the goals are determined.

Pros

good benefits, pay can be ok, big company, lots of area for growth if you know the right people for promotion.

Cons

too many communications can be confusing, upper management out of touch with the markets. No concern for smaller markets and no growth in smaller markets. They say they have values but the don't really live by them, they only live by them when it suits their needs.

Pros

Great benefits package Great culture focused on teamwork and improvement Very friendly environment No backstabbing

Cons

Pay maybe lower than other wireless carrieers but benefits should make up for it. Sales- highly competitive industry. T-mobile is a bit behind when it comes to mobile internet. This makes it challenging in the sales process.
