- Opportunity to take courses - Nice extra's - Good first job to build experience abroad - Comes with appartment and had great flat mates! - Strong feelng of a team

Cons

- hard to leave once you get used to it - calling all day and speaking to people isn't really my thing I have noticed

Pros

I enjoy working within an call center environment. I appreciate the opportunities to advance within the company. There is an open door policy that makes you feel comfortable with expressing your concerns with the staff, pay, or faculty.

Cons

There are a number of issues with pay ie. being paid on time and at the correct pay rate.
