Pros

An easy way to get some hard experience at the lower levels. Commission can be decent.

Cons

Shoddy office environment, average management who are very tough on lower level staff and somehow people are exploited. 7 minutes a day to use the bathroom, which is tracked and leads to disciplinary action if too much time is taken. Agents could be doing upto 100 calls a day with difficult customers. No soundproofing between desks, old and non-functional computer equipment.

Pros

Cabs, meals, nice office and good culture, good training program, nice office activities and friendly managers

Cons

bad pay, strict rules and restrictions, inflexible timings

Pros

There are almost no pros about working there. The only thing I could say was some my other colleagues were great.

Cons

A lot of work for the least remuneration possible. Training was abysmal, attrition high and the systems were maddeningly slow. The 'in and out' policy of hiring was particularly evident from the quality of the other colleagues, some of whom are beyond dense. The hours are unnecessarily unsocial.
