Pros

It's a job, Great building. Spacious break room, Great Co workers. The pay was decent could be better. OK hours. Started out alright.

Cons

I worked there for almost 2 years as an agent. Upper Management was not consistent or in sync with what they say or do at all. Policies are always being revised every minute of the day. You get written up for almost anything and everything even if you had no knowledge of it. Customers were extremely rude, you couldn't put fort extra effort to help them because it was out of scope. Breaks and lunches are way to short. Offered benefits and time off but it was never actually given to you even if you request it months in advance. Desks were disgusting. Very stressful and no leway to perform your duties what so ever.

Right if I am honest I am struggling to find one. I was hired as an external candidate for a team managers role. I can't find a positive about the place at all, the fellow TMs were decent as we were all in the same boat, minus your usual 1 or 2 brown noses.

Cons

Salary, negotiating a salary didn't seem happen. TOPS training (management training) this has to be addressed and restructured around management and not filling out a "game plan" in red ink then had back into your ACCM for feedback on how you have spent your time. Your teams statistics and performance should account for how well you are doing your job. Systems - Call observation , HR systems have to be one of the most draconian around. Your ACCMS (ops managers in the real world) I think were given the job for length of service awards.. Feedback issues via the TMs not directly to the agent if you are annoyed about the way they look. Petty petty issues. Coaching & 1:1s, as a TM this is your bread and butter, allow us to schedule off line time to develop our teams.

I don't know, the cafeteria food?

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing half the time - my ex boss let me sit for an entire year without delegating any responsibilities to the team or myself. They are very, very picky about giving you a schedule you need, so don't expect them to conform to school schedules or childcare schedules. The hours are long, 11, 12 hour days are expect when you're in HR. No paid overtime. And you are dispensable, that's what they tell you when you walk into the interview and that's how they make you feel the entire time you work there.
