Pros

Easy to get hired and easy training but after that you are kind of on your own.

Cons

Customer service wasn't the field for me. It was very easy to make enemies or to get fired.

Pros

I loved working here. You get two breaks and a half hour lunch paid. Very flexible hours. Paid time off after working so many hours per week.

Cons

When I worked there, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that you had to try and sell the customer more services when they called in with problems with there current services.

Pros

Working from home. That's it. I have to write 20 words minimum here, however, working from home was, in all seriousness, the ONLY positive part of this position.

Cons

Horrible mismanagement. Terrible time management on behalf of leadership. Poor meeting tools. I felt as though I was being treated as a robot, not an employee. I understand that the position was remote, but there is a human being on each side of that telephone.
