Pros

Gain great experience in csr/call center situation, once you get the hang of it. Get paid for training. Team members are helpful.

Cons

Pay for type of work should be higher, no part time; associates become burnt out.

Pros

people are nice and fun to be with. great benefits and incentives.

Cons

I worked for 3 years and 9 months, with no annual increase since regularization. That was in 2011. I heard they had a salary increase in late 2011 or early 2012.
