Inconsistent management. I my 1+ years there, the entire mid and senior level management team was either terminated or found other positions. The department in which I worked saw 100% turnover in an 8 month period. Incredibly wretched work culture filled with inconsistencies, mis-truths and deception. No employee in our division received a raise in at least 24 months. There is no employee review process in which to gauge employee progress and development.

- You’re presented with a premade schedule and you can only choose the days off from what’s given to you. - A tad unorganized - We had a pipe leak and had to work in hazardous conditions for a few weeks before it was resolved. We had to use porta potties and clock out to use the restroom.
