Working from home was a very awesome part of the job. The compensation was okay!

Cons

Even with all the training provided you still feel a little overwhelmed with your calls.

Pros

There's a lot of reasons to work at Teletech. First, I like the ambiance. The place is safe, fun people and managers are easy to approach. Teletech human capital delivery personnel are very approachable and entertain employee's inquiry in a professional way.Managers are cool. Teletech does not discrimate anyone and treat everybody equally.

Cons

Well, I can say that teletech doesn't have enough workstations. I'm not really satisfied with the pay however, because of the environment I'm kinda okay with it.
