There is so many- *Management care and want their employees to grow *The business is constantly improving the benefits *The work is fun and exciting! *Your voice is always heard *Your not "just a number" here *They are constantly improving benefits and commission *Their employees are praised for their hard work *You are not just part of a team you are part of a FAMILY *Their is opportunities to grow *Amazing locations *Amazing Snacks *Amazing People

Cons

The only con is that I had to leave the company and the people. It was so wonderful to work here but unfortunately I took a complete different career path in a completely different sector. I would not have ever left the company other wise.

The team and atmosphere in the office are amazing, managers are very good at actually managing their workers instead of just dictating how things are done, the company also takes pride in its diversity of employees and manages to coax the best out of everyone due to the way things are done

Cons

the salary could be a bit better, especially since life here in Dublin is so prohibitively expensive
