Pros

Very flexible hours for college or high school students. And very lenient you can have a social life and work good hours here. Friendly team members. Great products.

Cons

Unimpressive team discount. The constant harassment to drive red cards and only being able to use that discount if you pay with red card or cash. Only hire in the company for "assistant manager" positions. Hire out for higher up positions. Some managers are inexperienced and can't handle the stress, thus spreading negativity around the store. Managers push you to keep selling red card even if the guest has implied that they are not interested. Also, they want you to work very hard to open credit lines but they give you no compensation or commission like most retailers do.
