Pros

The people and support staff are great. The company encourages a real friendly and welcoming environment, and encourages you to do your best. They're very flexable about time off, and do pay attention to issues that are brought up.

Cons

The pay is minimum, and no matter what it says online, there are no full-time positions. This is part-time only. Since this is retail, the schedule can be all over the place, and your work one week will not reflect what it is the next. The management also is extremely insistant on signing people up for the Target Credit or Debit cards, and will take people aside to talk to them if they haven't signed up enough guests for one.

Pros

Friendly supervisors, Team Oriented Work Environment, Employee Recognition, Community Involvement, Friendly Team Members, Solid Communication within Store

Cons

Not able to keep grandfathered status when needing to change availability. Scheduling during your unavailable times that are in the system. I was constantly getting scheduled to work in my unavailable times. This didn't start to happen until my last 3 months with the company. The HR says that the system shouldn't allow it to do it and come to find out the HR personnel were overriding it.

Pros

Excellent Management Supportive Team environment Enjoyable to work with customers and with co-workers

Cons

Depends on your store location. Some stores are understaffed and it feels like there is less support for the front-end cashiers. Selling red cards can also be difficult
