      Pros

      + Very consistent work that doesn't take long to master + High volume store means constant people interaction + Managers were kind and fair, co-workers were friendly + Target offers many opportunities and discounts to employees and have policies I can get behind. You do indeed represent a distinct brand.

      Cons

      - Executive team seems to change every year - Night shift had to stay beyond closing to help rest of team close up for the day, shifts really ended routinely after midnight

      Pros

      Nice co-workers. Flexible hours. Front end management makes Target a great place to work part-time. Guest as pleasant and even the most difficult ones are a pleasure.

      Cons

      There is a cap on what a cashier can earn. I wasn't told that when I took the position. Other than having good work ethics it doesn't give one incentive.

      awesome place to work, training is great, they want you to succeed, Great benefits, wonderful people to work for.

      Pros

      They work with you so you can continue your education, they work with you when it comes to family and especially children, you can pretty much work the hours you want after you pass your 90 days,

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, they are always open, sometimes they open at night, and or very, very early, black Friday for instance.
