Pros

-Able to talk to coworkers during work -A good flow of work, not too busy not too slow - You can get a lot of hours

Cons

-Pushing the RedCard is a real pain in the butt -ETLs and TL's are really snobby and they act like theyre a part of some elite club -Hours are too long for one day, Ive worked up to 10 in one day -Not enough pay for what they ask you to do -Virtually no possibility of becoming real full time and qualifying for benefits. Theyll give you up to 39 which is really annoying -If you dont reach your redcard conversion they will write you up every week, badger you about it several times a day, and get on your LAST nerve -The redcard is really a great idea, but due to the lack of marketing and advertising about it, it is very difficult to sell

Pros

Target is very amenable with your personal life, and they are willing to work with you if you need time off, or if you would like to bring up any relevant issues to your position.

Cons

Unless you have some kind of sway with upper management, it will be difficult to get any type of attention for promotion. You also might need to become a brown nose employee, which I would not advise.

Pros

Wear a suit, have an accent and you can move up the ladder pretty fast. Industry knowledge and competence is irrelevant to move up. Come late and go early, hardly any work. Key initiatives and programs are run out of HQ or executed by Vendors hence, no pressure to work. Free lunch, multiple cuisine - Indian, Chinese, Thai, Veg/Nonveg, unlimited tea/coffee and access to CCD coffee machines. Best place to work for - folks with loads of money, no ambition in life, share/stocks trading, build a house, start a family, retirement, plan vacations. Coming to work is like going to college. No responsibilities and accountabilty. It's like living a dream.

Cons

The pros listed turned out to be cons for me and hence decided to move out. GlassDoor doesnt allow me to give negative rating :( so, I had to give a single *
