Pros

The people here are truly experts. You'll be hard pressed to find a company with people more in tune with their craft. The work-life balance is also great and i have to say overall it's filled with some awesome people.

Cons

Depending on the role you might get thrown into the deep end very quickly. Hope you can learn quick on your feet and without too much help.
