Pros

good place to learn basics, high ethical standards, less politics, very bright minds at work, flexi timing, no nonsense of being inside office for stipulated amount of time

Cons

growth oppurtunity is very less, always less than average salary as compared to the other IC design companies, a company which does not grow aggressively and does not take any risks on any vector

Great international support

Pros

There is great international support to local operations from the head quarters. The team is formed by capable ans specialist professionals, which promotes a good international synergy. There is a good environment to work; possibility to travel and learning rotations in other countries.

Cons

There is a limited head count in some locations, which limits the number of employees per office depending on a series of factors. Therefore some employees are hired through third parties.
