Pros

Conservative, stable, good compensation, excellent people. Invest in workers. Food 3 times a day. Location is pretty convenient. Technological challenge. Finally one of the best places i ever worked for.

Cons

Not dynamic enough. Force organized vacations. Follows after market leaders. If decides the niche is big enough for another player, enters the market. Barely competes against aggressive market players. Connectivity division has lost direction and tries to reinvent itself.
