Pros

I like the fact that I had 3 days off one week and 4 days the next week. The pay is competitive. It wasn't a bad place to work if you can deal with a 12 hour shift.

Cons

No room for career or professional advancement. You will be a Manufacturing Specialist for 20+ years.

Cons

You may have to wait for long hours when product release is nearby, but that happens almost in every firm in this industry
