Pros

1. Great Management Culture. 2. Excellent set of people that work with you. The threshold of competence is very high, so it is easy to work. 3. Very inclusive environment with all kinds of diversity.

Cons

Not anything serious that I can think of. Dallas summers can be quite hot. Learning curve might be steep at time due to the complexity of systems.

Pros

Very diversified portfolio, which means many different opportunities exist. Flat hierarchy. Very good for new employees. No state income tax as based in Texas.

Cons

A little bit conservative in jumping in new markets.
