Can be a good fit for some people

Pros

The company has a strong portfolio, good corporate support, good pay, and is a reputable company. Many in the office are very driven to succeed.

Cons

Expectations to work on the weekends and at least 60+ hrs a week to get the job done. Promotions are not always given in a fair manner.

-Great leadership -Smart people (mostly) -Competitive salaries

Cons

-Sometimes you feel like you have to drink the kool-aid to advance in your career -GHETTO office facilities (the fabs are much nicer in some cases)
