Pros

Decent work-life balance if you desire, great learning environment, opportunities to take several different roles.

Cons

TI is far from a meritocracy. Many promotion decisions are based on secondary factors like diversity or politics. Salary compression is a huge issue even for top performers.

Pros

Overall a very good brand name, good place to work, enough good people around to learn and increase your knowledge.

Cons

Loosing projects and customers at a fast pace, getting into technical ladder difficult, overall promotions and pay hikes may not be good.
