Pros

The company has good philosophy of treating employer in a respectful manner. The management is somewhat slow in certain aspect.

Cons

Tight budget sometime makes team to cut corners which may not be good thing in the long run. Management should pay attention to this.

Pros

potential for a great place to work, good technology, good engineers, many opportunities for people jump around to a new job every 2 years, the breadth of products is quite large.

Cons

management are mostly marketing or sales types that have never built a product, the company needs more technical people in management. Many people delegating or too many people wanting to be manager and not enough people to perform actual work. a spreadsheet management mentality, focused too much on results and numbers and not using common sense to make decisions. Alot groupthink in management.

Pros

A great place to work when starting career. Teaches both technical and business side of the semiconductor business. Specially Systems Engg position

Cons

Management is from Sales and Marketing. I would prefer if there are more people from technical background to balance the mix
