Pros

Variety of job opportunies is quite high. Also it offers some job stability.

Cons

The work environment is a bit depressing. The facilities are old and a bit dark. A renovation would be greatly appreciated.

Pros

Great work (if you are patient), people respect you as an employee and an individual. Balanced work and personal life (though some times it is spikey), Good pay relative to the industry.

Cons

Roadmap is looking exceedingly weak day by day. No new investment being made in the field of digital - management's focus is only on analog.
