Pros

A really amazing place to kickstart your career with. They have some of the best tech minds in semiconductor industry working for them. If analog is your passion then this is the place to be. People are really knowledgeable and approachable too. They would explain to you everything in detail if you are you not able to grasp a concept. You will get one of the best support systems here. You will also get a lot of growth opportunities. If you show that you have the right potential, you will get ownership of projects also.

Cons

1. May not be such a good place to start if you are interested in digital 2. Changing your function can be difficult
