Pros

Good experience a lot of opportunities. So much flexibility on hours and work related to process, programming, etc. Get to learn a lot of the semiconductor process.

Cons

Too much reliance on myself. Not too much appreciation for how much I train people. Management pretty selfish and don’t appreciate engineers like they should.

Pros

Slow and steady, not much else

Cons

Management is very conservative when it comes to pursuing innovative products and instead content; instead company thrives on worker bees who follow directions
