Pros

Good variety of technical work. Management is fair with respect to time off when needed by the employee. Plenty of time to balance work and home life.

Cons

Environment seems to lack accountability at times. Too many employees not qualified to do their job and are still working there. Suffers from Big Company issues....bloated bureaucracy and middle management, too many personnel outside of development putting constraints on management. Company does not promote engineers into management positions....mostly sales and marketing path is the way to promotions and leading development teams.
