Famous semiconductor company with nick name of "training institute".

Cons

Enginners are treated like cheap labors. Long hours and stupid, rude and unfair management teams is destroying TI.

great Work life balance..helps have a long and less stressful career and maintain a good family life too. In addition to a good pay package lot of benefites in terms of subsidized lunch, transport failities, gym, doctor on site, child care service tie-up etc are provided to help employees be able to concentrate the best of their energies towards work.

Cons

Being a very big company the employees usually focus on a very small area and grow into leaders in their area. however they may lack necessary skillset required for overall growth to handle varied aspects of design
