Pros

Everyone was very kind and they had an open door policy. Impactful work. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Getting software downloaded that you had to use was much more complicated than it should be, I would have to constantly submit IT request to gain access to download and update software.

Pros

Benefits are great for the area. Same with pay.

Cons

The hours are long. If you haven’t worked there for 20 years then you are in competition with yourself until someone retired
