Pros

The only positive was the salary.

Cons

Lots of attitude when asking for help from fellow employees. The culture wasn't very inclusive (extremely old fashioned). Managers with little to no people skills.

Pros

A large company like TI affords a lot of opportunities for early career professionals. Very good mobility within the company once you have a job. Managers, in general, care about your career progress. Salary and benefits are very competitive

Cons

With such a large company, sometimes it can be hard to change how things are done. The classic "this is the way we've always done it..." argument happens a lot and can be hard to overcome.

Pros

Decent campus, a fraction of co-workers are extremely talented individuals

Cons

Bad management that does not care about employees, only measures employees by ROI. Treat employees like robots and cost centers. Age discrimination, compensation is not the best, work life balance is very bad, high turnover which results in higher stress and work for employees that stay. Little opportunities for advancement. Managers with bad social skills, they might have been good engineers but, do not know how to manage people.
