Pros

Great pay and benefits, you will have available all the equipment to perform your duties.

Upper management will hold business decision grudges, When it is their opportunity to throw the knife, they will. Forget work life balance. Every project is a fire drill.

Pros

Great benefits, generous time off, and 20% profit sharing. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Upper management will step on anyone to get ahead in their own career. Managers give special treatment to other managers / VP's. Keep employee's who don't do their job, yet let go emploee's who broke a mask rule.

Pros

Great work flexibility, work from home at least once a week. Good co-workers and team environment, long hallway to take mile long walks daily. Great benefits, 20 days off per year starting, not including holidays. Coverage of graduate degree.

Cons

Can have some toxic leadership in upper management. We've had turnover in our Business Unit as a result of people getting burned out. I've been isolated to that thanks to my manager.
