Pros

Texas Instrument is of the good places to work. They offer a highly competitive salary that makes you feel valued, but the true gem is their profit sharing package. It's substantial, meaning you have a real stake in the company's success and can share in the rewards. But beyond the money TI fosters a great work environment and cares about personal work / life balance.

Cons

Some IT areas require improvements.
