Pros

It's a big company and for some that is a con. For me at least, I love working at a large company because I have a narrow scope of work that I get to focus on. I don't have to get bogged down with extra tasks because those tasks are done by someone else (who's entire job is to do that task). They have great benefits, health, 401k matching, ESPP, up to 20% profit sharing bonus (which we've got the last 6 or 7 years), 4 week paid parental leave, good PTO.

Cons

Because it's a large company, the ship turns slowly, change is slow, and things take time. But because of that, it is a very stable work environment.

Pros

Calm work environment with no hard deadlines. The project plan laid is with enough slack time to allow developers a good work life balance.

Cons

Pressure helps you learn with a different perspective while ensuring top notch delivery. Although it's nothing big a deal.
