Pros

fully remote positive team environment inclusive / supportive colleagues

Cons

company politics (the usual stuff that comes with working in a remote call center environment, extra emphasis on metrics, etc) government funded and due to the current administration my division loss funding and we were laid off requested a shift change and it never happened but then again, maybe if I didn't get laid off I would've moved to a different shift
