      Good working environment but Bad HR attitude once you resign

      Pros

      Good learning growth( depends on project). You can express yourself. Focused on learning new technologies. Good company policies.

      Cons

      HR's attitude is very bad once you resign. They won't reply you for ur exit formalities related queries and they will frustrate you for your Last working date and resignation acceptance mail. No increment in last two years even though company growth was good.

      Pros

      1.Free food once in an year. 2. If you are in company/pet with manager, better chances of hike compared to others. 3. Some online learning platform available. 4 Mostly people are settled after enjoying a long onsite. 5. Some people are dedicated to dance and sports. Get more rewarded than a person provides solutions.

      Cons

      1. No hike 2. Reduce the amount of hike and adds to variable pay. 3. In some scenario, process is must, but some other no process. Based your terms with manager 4. Less position to proceed. 5.No salary if your are in notice period. Will be settle all dues only after 15 days of leaving the org.

      Pros

      Company had a very good work culture, upgrades to new technologies, employee friendly culture, good management team lead by a very good leader. Good for learning & long term career aspirations.

      Cons

      There is always a scope of improvement but no cons as such.
