No promotions No Salary revision on time, every year they delay the salary revision.. You need to beg for everything in this company.. even if you deserve the promotion you need to beg for it.. Many employees quit due to low commitment from management to resolve above issues..

Worst Company to start as fresher For Client: Intel

There are no positives i can say after working for 3 years. Management is Bad, Work: Told something regarding interview and given some degraded job after joining.

Cons

I will never ever suggest anyone Fresher or Experienced to join UST for intel client. First of all they will not hire people of North, North-East, East. They will hire only from south ( That too only from 2 States ) All management (Majorly) for South ( 2 States ). Discrimination is there in every task. Promotions and if any good challenging task are given to there own people. No Career growth at all. Waste company to start with.

Pros

Excellent workplace in Trivandrum, if you are mallu, then select it blindly. Good work life balance, mostly you wont get much task. Company is 22yr old, I have seen employees with 18, 20 year experience, so kind of job guaranty for who work from beginning as fresher, not for midlevel joiners. Very liberal in timesheets, if you are in good understanding with your mangers, you don't even need to submit leaves.

Cons

Mallu politics, hike will be low. HR policy will be confusing to HR itself regarding compensation. I have seen very few who gone onsite, literally countable who went, mostly senior mangers. If your joining for onsite please forgot it. I worked here for 4.5 years , 3 yrs worked in support project where I never did any task, literally I allocated in project with no work or worries. But I realized that is bad for my growth and, with lot of struggle I joined development project, there actually I worked little hard and learned some technologies and quitted the company.
