Pros

- Latest technology stack in most projects - Many avenues to learn and grow - Company's focus on employees' technical growth

Cons

- Package revision is very less even if you work very hard all the time - Many employees are allocated in multiple projects and asked to contribute more than their capacity - Some employees don't get enough recognition while some set of employees receive awards all the time - Many plans are great on paper but lack proper execution

Pros

Good clients base but still its better to join as direct employees of these clients rather than be contract employee for them under UST. NO other advantage Doesnot even have a good health coverage policy but you will definately fall sick here drawing long hours.

Cons

Very shrewed and inhumane managerial tactics applied to contract employees. The UST manager and his counter part in client org has an understanding. Let me explain jow this works. Your client will give u too much tasks but will not clear dependency/blockers and you will be ignored in stand scrum meetings till 3 days before your delivery date. Few days later just before the deliver date all blockers will be cleared and your client will ask you to deliver as per initial delivery date so now you work on weekend, pull late nights thats upto you. So now when you submit your work a bit delayed lets say by a day or two your UST managerbwill call you and say your effort is 50% for the month as reported by your client and they are not paying the full bill. No matter how much you have mentioned about the blocker or anything to your UST manager he will not listen to anything. This will happen in loop for a month or two then onwards your UST manager wil start applying LOP as per his/her wish and give you 50% salary saying your bill from your clients end has been consistently lower than 50%. Their namesake health coverage covers your spouce and three children but not your mom dad. LOL

Company provides access to few learning websites where you can skill up

Cons

Once you joined the company, you will realize that, it is a mid size consultancy. 95% of the people will be outsourced to another company. If you placed in any client location, you are safe. If not, HR persons will ask you to put voluntary resign and go out. They will not give you single opportunity if your salary is more than 12 LPA. As an employee, we expect to give at least one opportunity.No one((Manager or HR people)) cares about the people who are in "Talent Pool".
