Provides access to large companies to potentially get your foot in the door

Cons

They are cheep and compensation is below market value. Raises are bare minimum even for top performers. Promised equity distribution in interview that never materialized. Overall, they are dishonest, will promise you the moon and then not deliver.

Mallu management will throw work targeting North Indians. Anti North Indian policies. No equality at work. Mallu's having a party here at expense of hardworking north indians. Anti North Indian company. North Indians don't join. Company has strict agenda to throw work and target North Indian population unfairly. If the North Indians leave, company will fall in a day. The Indian Government must fine such companies for discrepancy and racism against Northern Indian cultures and minorities.

Cons

All cons Disastrous Management. Bank peons working as managers Low Retention rate even in 2022. Nothing has changed Mallu Rule

Cons

i would say nothing cons as if now because i feel much better here than any other company in my career. UST is great place to work. it provide me lots of learning and appreciation
