      Pros

      I have worked with cognizant earlier for 9 years the joining formalities but with UST joining process was very smooth and physical documentation free. The HR (Muniyadi) took the induction very well. The culture and pattern is same as cognizant. The Insurance benefits are well planned to cover the employees. The current position give me wider range of responsibility and ownership in my role by which it is making the business stake holders happy, gain reputation and generate new businesses from the customers. I will surely recommend UST to the outside world it i certainly a best place to work. Current Location: Chennai,TN Supporting from offshore

      1. Lack of team bonding, No motivation. 2. The process and procedures should be hazel free. 3. Process training and Reviews for managers should be conducted periodically to make sure the team member is satisfied.

      No pros to say and compnay now fire employees without notice.

      Cons

      The company is not good for job security. Will fire at any time. No projects are availble for long term Will force the Employee to put resignation if there is no project Every company will give prior notification to employees for his resignation. Otherwise they will atleast cross skill the employees. Here there is no cross skill option or any project allocation. Nothing !!! They are focusing on how to terminate employees..
