The on the ground technical team are very competent, with some very experienced and high quality people. You will work along side some great people.

Cons

There is very little emphasis on personal development and growth. As a consultant, I have no time to anything, except work for clients. Your an asset that will be sweated. Ultimately this will lead to one of two things. 1) People will leave, because their growth will stagnate. 2) Your people's talent will deteriorate and overall the skills required for your clients will degrade.

Very weak leadership. Very high attrition. Spineless HR leadership who only say Yes to what business says. Top leadership is worst...they should actually retire but they do not want to leave their cushy job.

1. Separation(Resignation) process is hasstle free.

Cons

1. Yearly appraisal/Bonus/Hike never happens on time. 2. Poor project management especially when you are in clients place. 3. No job security if ur client release the candidate or if their contract with client is terminated. 4. Highly irresponsible HR team & RMG teams. 5. No policy to entertain resource to persue new skill with proper certification n training’s. 6. Very bad actually zero benefits and very low hikes which we can see the changes in salary before and after hike. 7. No define interview process. 8. Bench Resources can’t apply for on-site opportunities without proper visa. Visa/Work permit need sponsorship for certain countries. No sense that resource has to possess valid visa or WP to apply for onshore opportunities.
