      Pros

      Work space is good. Their office is well maintained.

      Cons

      1) Very poor management 2) Highly irresponsible HRs 3) Wouldn't ask you to rely on promises made - I was interviewed for the role of a developer but was put into a test automation team - after serving bench period for over a month. 4) Management demands that we stay at office for at least 9 hours, whether or not there is work. 5) ** You will mostly be working at client locations, which will make you a "contractor" at that work location - not a kind of employee you want to be.

      Good for IT Domain but worst for all other Domain

      Pros

      People who were working in IT Domain can look for a better opportunities in UST Global but for all other domain which they were supplying man power to others don't workout well.

      Cons

      They will be telling lies while joining that You will be having Night shift allowance but after joining in the project they will be telling that only for this project we are not having noight shift allowance
