UST reviews

There is very little structure, no communication, no one takes initiative, no one takes responsibility for their actions, strict dress code to be in a cubicle, hiring and training process is none existent, no one is proactive, there is always a mad rush to finish things at the last minute, it always feels the next day could be the last, can become a hostile work environment,many things promised, but never comes to fruition.

* Guys who hate to wear tie & formals, don't join * Guys who hate to raise a ticket even for resetting the passwords, don't join * Variable pay is myth. Don't consider as a part of your package. * in hand salary would be very less * pathetic increment & review process
