Pros

Salaries are ok. Insurance benefits good.

Cons

The higher level leadership are extremely hypocritical, racist, and sexist. There are plenty of former USsociates from Aliso to verify. As one other person stated, if you are in the clique, everything is ok. If not, AMF.

Pros

It is a flat organization. You have the ability to speak to different managers and executives very easily.

Cons

They promise you quite a bit in the interview and lure you in with a high salary. However as soon as you begin everything can change - including your title and duties. I was hired on as a Project Manager and spent nearly every day scheduling meetings. There is very poor communication between team members. My manager was never available to speak to. There is also no training program by the company and little to no training is provided by management. There is excessive overtime and you are expected to be on call at all times. Lastly, it is a very male dominated company with an Indian mentality. Women are not given respect in meetings and given very few opportunities to advance.
