Pros

good co-workers.That all i can say. Sometimes you will get some time for your career development side. This depends on the account where you work.

Cons

No more a employee friendly , which was used to be once. Crap HR policies. No Hike in onsite and offshore. you can grow if you know polities. People doing their job are not at all recognized. They will always mentioned about their values and culture. But actually they don't know the exact meaning of those things.there are lots of things to be mentioned. But i need a day to write those. So i am finishing up now.

Pros

1) Negotiate hard to get a good start pay. 2) Some big Clients in Bangalore and you can work for them at their location, so good networking and future job options. 3)Lot of opportunities for sports dance and other arts etc.. but have to be done on weekends. 4) Not a very talented workforce so can perform very well (with a little knowledge). 5)Good Visa options. Need to identify the options in other center.

Cons

1)Appraisal and pay review system are shady. Now this happens in many companies but here the duration, intervals and frequency of appraisal is also not common for all employees. 2)Process are not matured and can be changed. need to know the right Ethinic people (i.e. from Kerala). 3)Management and staff is biased in favor of region. 4) Good clients but bad quality work. 5)More or less body shop and managers have no guts to vouch for your work, neither to client nor to senior manager. 6)Most of the resource are just picked to fill the vaccancy/project requirement. No specific measure or will to transform employees as loyal employee. 7)Very less and 3rd grade training programs. 8)Training programs (even induction for new joiner) are done during weekends for which no compensatory leaves are provided. 9) The above is done to minimize potential business loss. Which kind of exposes the planning and primary consideration (of money) of the leadership. 10) As like talent pool, the quality of HR and Managers will expose on your 1st or 2nd day.
