Employees are given more encouragement to socialize through these 'Colors of UST' activities rather than do any real productive work. Some of the so-called 'technical leads' and PMs can be extremely unprofessional. Lot of so-called lateral entrants have little or no experience. It is amazing how such people escape the notice of the recruitment team. As a result, most teams have no idea of what is going on within a project. Mgmt insists on silly things like dress code while not addressing more important things like pay hike and better operational procedures
