      Pros

      Smart and talented employees, great team, and gained a lot of experience that will help me as I move forward in my career.

      Cons

      Pay didn't always match the responsibilities. Few bonuses. A lot of management changes. Oh and you could have better snacks available in the break room.

      Excellent So Far

      Pros

      Good coworkers and management, non-hostile environment, supportive of women in technology-related positions, great pay and benefits, and the opportunity to support products which genuinely are helping protect networks and find out the intent behind malicious incidents.

      Cons

      A bit lacking in structure, as it is a startup; it seems to be working towards a positive direction but there are a few hurdles which I feel made it difficult to adapt to the position's demands. An arguable neutral is the fact that management frequently is located in a different office than the employee (the two offices currently are the headquarters in Clearwater, FL and the DC area office in Reston, VA)

      Pros

      Great people and casual environment. New Management listens to ideas and promotes good work. Pay is superior to relative jobs with other companies in the area and good benefits. Fun place to work. I referred a friend that started here last week.

      Cons

      The company was previously owned by GFI. It appears many people left during this time and when the new management came in because they feared it would be more of the same. That is not the case. New management understands security (they worked at McAfee, Symantec, Kaspersky, etc). They understand Channel (the "former" employees) did not. The only con I can think of is some people clinging onto the past. I would recommend checking this company out to my friends. In fact, one of them started here last week!
